A skilled Sales Administrator is needed to join the team at this electronics company who are a globally-renowned leader in precision clocks based in Thame, Oxfordshire. They have been delivering their wide range of time products to more than 150 countriesworldwide for 47 years.

You will provide a high level of sales and technical support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Full technical training will be provided by their engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process the sales enquiries from their agents, 3rd party resellers, direct clients and prospects
- Actively promote their brand to their core markets, agents and direct customers, UK and International
- Offer sales and 1st line technical advice and support to their agents, customers and prospects
- Offer pre and post-sales technical support to both internal and external customers
- Offer accurate quoting based upon customer needs
- Actively promote their core product range to new and existing customers and agents
- Talking to industry sectors, seeking relevant tenders (short and long term opportunities), becoming the preferred suppliers to all kinds of purchasing departments
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and establish contact with their existing partners, prospects and new sectors to drive sales and meet individual and company targets
- Develop business plans aimed at specific distributors, agents and or territories as well as industry-specific sectors for your account portfolio to build relationships and make them the preferred supplier of Time zone devices
- Invest time talking and working directly with your dedicated agents to achieve the business objectives set
- Proactively follow up leads generated from their marketing efforts
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing
- Maintain an active knowledge of their competitors products and services and ensure their technical team are aware of any new innovation developments in the marketplace
