Atlas Employment is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our client's busy team based in Haddenham. They are looking for a Sales Ledger / Invoice Administrator, who is looking for their next challenge.
**What will you be doing as a Sales Ledger Administrator?**
- Invoicing all live contracts daily
- Liaising with the accounts team to check account status and issuing proforma invoices when requested
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Running daily reports on sales and outstanding POs
- Raising credit notes
- Checking with departments on works completed before issuing final invoices
- Previous experience using SAP (desirable)
- Ability to work within a team and independently when required
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A friendly telephone manner
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
