Sales Progressor/administrator

Our client are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a role within the Property industry.
They are keen to work with someone who has previous administration experience, training and development will be provided. This will be a Full Time position based in Thame with a role that will support both their Thame and Oxford branches.
The basic skills they are looking for are experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and general proficiency in the use of other IT software packages; excellent communication skills where previous experience of customer service may prove an advantage;proven ability to work in a structured way with consistent attention to detail; and, evidence of effective diary management for self and others.
The position is customer-facing both in and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required with business mileage being reimbursed. With this role, they are looking for someone who can write property marketing descriptions, prepare and collatemarketing materials to ensure each advertised property has all the legal documentation required, progress sales through to completion by speaking with vendors, buyers and their solicitors, host property viewings and face to face follow-up appointments.
