The job in a nutshell

As a Group Sales Administrator in Thame you will be supporting the delivery of Group Sales team accuracy, productivity and conversion targets by ensuring all after sales administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doingUpdate bookings in line with client amendment requests via the OPERA booking management system and CRMLiaise with customers to ensure rooming lists are received and entered and bookings are updated ahead of all stay datesMaintain agreed accuracy and productivity targets by carrying out quality checks

What we’ll expect from you

To succeed in the role, you’ll bring your attention to detail and desire to work in a fast paced, target driven sales environment. You’ll be comfortable calling customers to follow up queries, securing payments and managing their bookings through to stay.

In addition you’ll need to demonstrate:
The ability to work well under pressure

The ability to make informed decisions

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues

Self-motivated and enthusiastic to succeed

Confidence with Microsoft Office packages
