**The job in a nutshell**:
As a Sales Team Administrator you will be supporting the smooth running of the sales teams by ensuring that all administration tasks relating to bookings and payments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Process payments from our group customers via our online portal

Run daily and weekly reports to assist with managing payments received

Provide finance team with information required to successfully allocate payments

Use templates to provide customers with payment documentation

**What we’ll expect from you**:
To succeed in the role, you will bring your attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced, target driven sales environment. You’ll be comfortable communicating with colleagues and our customers.

**In addition you’ll need to demonstrate**:
The ability to work well under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues

Self-motivated and enthusiastic to succeed

Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google packages
