Service Coordinator

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Taking incoming job requests and booking onto our service system
- Creating work requests for re-active, pro-active and maintenance works
- Managing maintenance programs to ensure target dates are met
- Scheduling engineer attendances, prioritising workload and managing labour diary
- Ordering materials
- Collating and submitting service job costings and minor quotes to clients
- Processing engineers reports and forwarding on to clients
- Regular chasing of unactioned quotes to generate additional business
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service administration role
- Ability to work in a busy service environment

Our client carries out Service, Maintenance and Installation works on Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment at many sites across the Midlands region and beyond. Our current portfolio of contracts ranges from small commercial businesses up to large commercial and industrial businesses.
**Package**
- Basic salary between £23K to £25K per annum based on suitability and experience
- Salary based on 39-hour week
- Performance related bonus scheme paid twice per annum up to £1K per annum
- 20 days annual leave, increased to 25 days after 2 years, plus Bank Holidays.
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
