**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our sales consultants into temporary assignments with our esteemed network of housing developers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and book our sales consultants into assignments with various developers.
- Maintain and manage consultant schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and consultants.
- Utilize IT systems to track bookings and consultant availability.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Recruitment experience advantageous, but not essential
- Knowledge of the new homes industry is advantageous, but not essential
