Our client, a leading investment and wealth management provider, is looking for 2 Client Services Executives to join their team in Bristol. This client has a focus on sustainable and ethical investment, and offers opportunities to undertake professional qualifications.
Your responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, assuming the role of the "go to" person for administration queries
- Maintain client support systems and data with a high level of accuracy
- Lead and take ownership on all administration activity, alleviate the admin burden from Investment Managers in order to support Growth
- Understand client suitability requirements and support your investment team with regard to gathering the relevant information to support client suitability
- Work closely with the team and wider administration functions to develop and share best practice

Your skills:

- Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services managing end-to-end administration processes
- Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Excellent communicator, and able to build rapport with clients, intermediaries and colleagues
- An organised and proactive mindset, able to work in a fast paced team environment
- Client Facing Experience (desirable)
