Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for supporting the complete sales administration cycle. From initial contact with clients, scoping out and screening leads to asses client needs, raise quotes, purchasing and pricing, reporting, licence renewals, writing basic proposals etc

Maintaining CRM database, managing client inquiries and orders, supporting sales team with administrative tasks, coordinate sales meetings and events.

This is a varied role, within a fast paced environment, and although not a technical role, you will need to understand the portfolio of services to gage customer needs, including migrations, cloud back ups, and licence renewals

You will need to be used to working autonomously, within a fast paced environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales administrative role, within a IT / Telco or Tech solutions environment.
