Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through exhibition stand sales and sponsorship opportunities, primarily for our USA-based events.
Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside an experienced Lead Generator to manage new and existing client business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain and update client information using CRM software.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure to meet sales deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and phone-based presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international markets.
- Competitive base salary with commission and bonuses, with on-target earnings up to £181,000 per annum.
- Performance bonuses and various sales incentives.
- Opportunities for international travel to locations like Miami, Texas, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, London, and Europe.
- Lead Generation Assistant to support sales activities.
