About the Role

The Client Service Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients for Close Brothers Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage leads and client data entry onto CBAM and third-party platforms to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding meetings, appointments, and query resolution.
  • Document Management: Ensure accurate and timely scanning, saving, and archiving of client documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform general duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous Financial Services Experience: A background in financial services is essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is required for accurate data entry and document management.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in IT systems and platforms is necessary for effective client onboarding and servicing.
  • Team Player: A proactive and team-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.
