We are looking for a talented and resourceful Engagement and Relationship officer to build and maintain effective relationships with our community pharmacy contractors in Essex.
Your role will be to engage with our pharmacy teams, identify their common themes and challenges, and work with the wider Community Pharmacy Essex team in developing responses.
You will be responsible for providing an essential role in the team, monitoring and updating our digital communications platforms, ensuring that all contractor enquiries are logged, answered or referred on; supporting the wider team with general administration of contact databases and photo library; developing content for internal and external media; using content management systems and social networks to update internal and external messages and information in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage external enquiries to the office ensuring that all contractor and other stakeholder enquiries are logged, answered or referred on to the appropriate team member.
Participate in developing content for internal and external media.
Support the team and committee in developing and implementing a strategy for off-line and online communications for Community Pharmacy Essex.
To be responsible for using content management systems and social networks to update internal and external messages and information in a timely manner.
Ensure the timely production and distribution of all communications, including internal and external publications, media responses and social media replies
Produce regular communication reports, including monitoring analysis and evaluations.
Ensure the quality and format of the organisation’s online content, ensuring consistency across pages, all working links and a continuous review and development of all online sites.
Maintain and update an accurate and contemporary database of contacts for all stakeholders.
Maintain the organisation’s photo library
Support the co-ordination of contractor events.
**Functional Responsibilities**
First point of contact for field-based contractor queries, including on sensitive, confidential issues; answers or refers as appropriate.
Issue press releases proactively promoting achievements and new developments within the Essex community pharmacy network.
Support co-ordination of events to promote Essex community pharmacies internally and externally such as community events and press events.
Monitor local and national press coverage and audience engagement on digital platforms.
Develop and sustain constructive working relationships with staff in stakeholder organisations such as Integrated Care Boards and system partners to maximise opportunities to promote good practice and disseminate key messages.
Use content management systems in place, implement new designs and templates for the look, feel and structure of digital platforms
Support the planning, organisation and arrangement of events, meetings, presentations and briefings.
Act as a point of contact for corporate communications enquiries from a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: £28,407.00-£30,639.00 per year
