**Salary**: £45,326 + depending on experience
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to obtain critical design information/scope necessary to complete project designs
- Producing CAD designs that support feasibility, project delivery and post completion operational models/records in both 2D and 3D
- Supporting new projects through timely provision of advice and undertake design review of third parties in line with standards
- Survey buildings and infrastructure, traditionally and using laser scanners to register point cloud data and support 3D model generation
**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:
- Proven 2D and 3D CAD experience in a general design using packages such as: Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit
- Awareness of workplace and building related regulations
- Proficient in surveying techniques and the ability to record ‘as is’ plans and schematics
**Desirable**:
- Experience using 3D point cloud laser scanner

**The Computer Aided Facilities Management team**:
As a Computer Aided Facilities Management Designer, you will build skills and knowledge within specialist areas, including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D design. You will be working with a team of 9 members, this will be increasing by a further 4 soon. The team is responsible for looking after the digital records of the facilities and estates for the Company.
