**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the physical transition of the Factory of the Future footprint, aligned to future state requirements.
- Support and manage the day-to-day logístical planning of Factory of the Future operations.
- Support the establishment of and maintain appropriate workplace and SHE standards for Factory of the Future, in-line with SLAM and 5s frameworks.
- Support Factory of the Future production planning activity - ensuring parts supply, product assembly and delivery to customer to schedule, cost, and quality.
- Support and co-ordinate visits and tours of Factory of the Future.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Sound understanding of Engineering principles and practices.
- Good organisational skills, with a delivery focussed, can do attitude.
- Good inter-personal skills and experience to aid hosting and co-ordinating VIP visits.
- Willingness to work towards a professional accreditation.

**Desirable**:

- Awareness of the Air Sectors products and Technology Capability Delivery operations.
- Awareness of Factory of the Future strategic aims and day-to day operations.
- Good understanding of BAE Systems service providers and shared services support provisions
