**Location**:Various UK Sites (Samlesbury, Frimley, Scotstoun) - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**:£45,000+ Depending on Experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Undertaking Employee Relations Policy related research and benchmarking activities including analysing industry, market trends, external employment legislation changes and Company people data, to provide insights into policy development
- Working with other HR policy analysts & HR policy leads to define the work package requirements aligned to each policy priority area
- Supporting the retrieval and analysis of policy provisions documentation to understand and assess the “as is” provisions for key policy focus areas and priorities
- Scoping and drafting policy provisions proposals and recommendations supported by insight and data
- Contributing to the mapping of policy related processes - understanding the linkages to policy revisions, process optimisation and any HR system enhancements
- Developing employee facing policy content (policy provisions, process and guidance documents) working in conjunction with a copywriter/design agency
- Updating and transforming policy related content and supporting collateral in line with upcoming legislation changes and policy modernisation activities
- Supporting problem resolution to complex ER related policy queries and implementing ‘continuous improvement’ initiatives where appropriate
- Developing and maintaining a policy network to ensure a good understanding of the wider market

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience of drafting HR policy documents and other employee facing content
- Past experience of working in HR and/or Employee Relations
- Analytical, benchmarking skills, process mapping, and design skills
- Analyse data to identify trends and implications
- Proven Excel and PowerPoint user
- Preparing data driven proposals and recommendations in a simple way for a range of audiences
