Job title: HR Assistant

Location: Samlesbury

**Salary**: £33,314+

What you’ll be doing:

- Working in a busy Manufacturing delivery area, engaging with employees, team leaders, trade union representatives and managers on HR policies & processes
- Monitoring & reporting on people data and insights
- Assuring HR documentation is completed, executed, and stored in line with policy requirements
- This is primarily an onsite based role and may require occasional attendance on night & weekend shifts, as locally agreed with the HR Manager and local leadership team

Your skills and experiences:
Essentials
- Strong working knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel including functions such as Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
- Have a good understanding of managing confidential/sensitive information and data, in line with company policies and procedures

Desirables
- Knowledge of HR administration processes would be desirable
- Experience of working in Manufacturing Environment
- Experience of working in a unionised environment
- Experience of using SuccessFactors
