**Salary**:Circa £37,600 depending on skills and experience***

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provides coaching, advice and support to Line Managers on more complex and sensitive ER cases with high risk to the business associated all in scope UK businesses
- Establishes effective working relationships to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed at the appropriate stages in each case, working in partnership with other members of the UK Case Coaching Team and other stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate and effective case work
- Provides balanced advice that is legally compliant & in line with company policy to managers, and employees to manage risk
- Ensures effective working relationships are created and maintained including Business HR and Trade Union / Employee representatives, Occupational Health, Labour Law etc. who interface with the Case Coaching Team
- Provides challenge, support & contributes to changes and developments in technology solutions, policy & process to ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the service
- Works with key stakeholder groups to continuously improve line leader capability by challenging, influencing and supporting managers in a way that increases their knowledge, understanding and ability to manage ER cases effectively

**Your skills and experiences**:

- HR background, and experience of ER and deep working knowledge of Case management policies and processes is essential
- Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders such as the Trade Unions and Employee Representative Groups
- Experience in managing complex ER cases and risk mitigation, supporting a value led culture, showing competency in interpreting Case Management data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Teams and Businesses

This is fantastic opportunity reporting into the Case Manager supporting ER Team Leaders and ER Advisors with administrative support.
