**Salary**: £45,326+ depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and carry out Internal Manufacturing and Sub-contractor Operations Logistics/Asset Management Property Tool Control audits and Process Confirmations
- Carry out regular governance checks on Logistics & Asset Management process, reporting into various senior reviews and managers
- Facilitate and carry out physical asset checks within the AIR Sector Businesses /Projects /Subcontractors and lead the development and subsequent generation of appropriate management reports
- The promotion of best practice across sites & projects ( Continuous Improvement)
- Problem Analysing & Solving across internal manufacturing and the Supply Chain Supporting the Supplier improvement activity using good practice standard methods ensuring that progress is regularly reported to stakeholders
- Using data analytics techniques to define improvement opportunity using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound) actions

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- The ability to lead and facilitate audits process confirmations and continuous improvement activity initiatives
- A logical and ordered approach to analysing data & drawing conclusions
- Excellent communication, networking, Stakeholder Management and effective presentation delivery skills
- Driving licence and ability to act independently and flexible in terms of notice of travel

Desirable:

- Experience of Supply Chain working (Procurement/Logistics) across wider industries
- Understanding of regulatory and customer property conditions, AS9100 REV D

**The Logistic Assurance and Governance team**:
As a part of the Logistic Assurance and Governance Team you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the Flight Line, Manufacturing & Supply Chain environments. You will be involved in the assurance and control of customer and BAE Systems property, including tooling and Government Furnished Equipment.
