**Job title**:S&OP -** **Supply Chain Delivery Professional

**Location**:Samlesbury

**Salary**: £45,326 - 49,380 (dependent on skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Identifying available stock to deliver and allocating stock against the correct demand within our ERP System (LN)
- Ensuring assets are shipped to vendor in a timely manner and expediting orders to ensure agreed delivery timescales are met
- Creating Export Request Forms (ERF) in line with contract requirements and interfacing with International Trade Solutions (Import/Export)
- Facilitating Wincanton escalation meeting prioritising items through the Defence Logistics Centre and LN query resolutions for all planned omission parts
- Interfacing with stakeholders to ensure KPI metrics are aligned to customer needs and support Sales and Operation team adherence to delivery accuracy
- Liaising and providing support to the Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Management Team responsible for the BAE Planned Omissions, providing them with forecast’s & specific updates for the shortages
- Liaising with Internal Product Management Team for status update’s & forecast’s etc. and liaising with BAE Commercial Dept. on the flow down of Change requests/Works Authorisations
- Managing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative working
- Governance of order book execution process and impact of execution performance to the order book

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Comprehensive understanding of IT software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel and experience or prior exposure to LN, SAP or TMS would be beneficial
- Experience running / supporting meetings and delivering presentations
- Confident in communicating to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders

**Desirable**
- Understanding of the F35 programme, manufacturing, and delivery streams

**The F35 Sales and Operations team**:
You will be part of the team that are responsible for the fully compliant delivery and execution of approx. 109 part numbers to the Fort Worth Texas/Italian and Japanese FACO’s for Production and Sustainment. The Made In parts are manufactured on our Samlesbury site and delivered into Wincanton to be processed for delivery
