**Salary**:£65,000 + car allowance

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Confirming that all Product Support is delivered within approved standards and is correctly recorded
- Providing leadership to all support areas and working with the key business leads across Air teams, external customers and contract teams and internal procurement/engineering teams as appropriate
- Ensuring the governance across the Organisation meets the requirements of the applicable Regulatory Framework
- Ensuring the safety management system is deployed and managed within the organisation
- Ensuring the maintenance teams are adequately resourced with suitably qualified and experienced people

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Degree qualified and chartered engineer and/or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in maintenance, continuing airworthiness, safety, compliance, assurance, supply chain, procurement and operational/business improvement, and broader awareness of engineering and PM functions
- Proven experience of developing plans/proposals for performance improvement or changes in services provided/offered
- Experience of interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, undertake briefings/updates and negotiating improvements with senior stakeholders (customers/partners) as appropriate

**Our Maintenance Operations team**:
As Head of Maintenance Operations, you will hold the delegated Maintenance Authority for the Service Delivery Organisation (including Supply Chain). You will be responsible to the Accountable Manager for all the maintenance aspects of the products and/or services provided by the Service Delivery Organisation.

You will head up the Maintenance Services team which provide support services, including elements of Fleet Planning Support, Maintenance stand up and capability, Part M tasking support, new bid support and bid support for extensions to existing contracts.
