**Salary**: £31,855

**Referral Scheme Bonus**:£1000

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Paint Spraying (working to prescribed paint thickness tolerances)
- Treatment and Special Processes activities (e.g. anodising, alocrom, heat treatments)
- Performing duties in accordance with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislations and Quality Management processes
- Working within a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Previous paint spraying/treatments experience
- Manual dexterity skills and practical experience with the use of hand tools
- _Awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations (particularly around COSHH assessments)_

Desirable
- A proven recognised Paint / Spraying / Finishing qualification (NVQ level 2 or 3)

**Air Sector Manufacturing Team**:
The roles of Associate Treatments/Sprayers will be conducting tasks across a wide range of products within cross-Functional facilities on military platforms including Typhoon, Hawk, F-35 and Tempest.
