Customer Service Administrator

**About the role**
Through each step of the customer journey, you will be by their side. You will assist with all aspects of the output of the Customer Services department and its smooth functioning; from dispatching product samples to processing orders, following through the supply chain right up to ensuring our clients receive their orders and are invoiced in a timely fashion.
**About you**
As a strong administrator, you'll have a sound knowledge of IT and MS Office as well as experience of order processing. We're also looking for someone with excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task. Experience in manufacturing and Sage 200 would be beneficial to the role.
