A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Content Coordinator will work to support the content and structure of Boden’s website to maximise the global growth of the digital business.

Working as part of the Digital Content team as the key person responsible for delivering and publishing all website content, there will be a heavy focus on management of workload, communication with stakeholders and planning delivery of campaigns.

To a lesser extent, you will be involved in the planning and creative stages of content, as well as supporting the Digital Content Manager to deliver the rolling content plan.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update the websites in line with updates from Content Planning, the weekly Trade meeting, and Ad Hoc requests to a high first-time accuracy and accessibility standards are met.
- Create HTML and CSS actions and edit experiences in Adobe Target, which support Promotions and Personalisation. Customising content to support each channel to guarantee it is fit for purpose for online delivery.
- Ensuring all content is properly tagged so that accurate analytics reports can be produced by the Analytics and E-coms teams.
- Support content improvements and projects to inspire and facilitate the business objectives/trading needs, ensure quality delivery to the UX/Accessibility standards and process efficiencies.
- Update documentation when current processes change, reinforce content SLAs with our colleagues and support the Content, Traffic and Onsite Personalisation Manager in identifying weakness in current processes.
- Work with all third parties to ensure we are using the tools provided to the best of its ability and all issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Set the standard for QA of content across the wider E-com team; ensuring your work is properly checked before and after going live and encouraging your colleagues to do the same.
- Being quick to prioritise content based on the benefit to the customer and the business value and pushing back certain updates where necessary - especially in high-pressure situations.
- Regularly communicate the status of content updates to the appropriate stakeholders in Ecommerce team Senior teams.
- Be a champion of content production processes across teams; making it clear when something isn’t working and why so you can bring the appropriate people together to fix it.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 years’ experience working with Content Management Systems - Adobe Experience Manager and Shopify preferable
- Intermediate skills in HTML and CSS with good problem-solving skills
- Can deliver results collaborating across teams in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience of adapting and improving processes to deliver improved SLA’s
