Sales Support Administrator

Sales Support Administrator required on a permanent basis to provide Customer and Sales support to key accounts.
Do you have 1-2 years administration and customer service experience?
Do you have a high level of customer service?
- Written and Verbal communication skills for clear interactions with Customers and Account Manager.
- Data entry skills for accurately inputting orders and updating customer records.
- Organisation skills for managing different customer cases simultaneously.
- Conflict Resolution skills for dealing with delayed orders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales process.
- Tracking orders and investigating shipping delays from suppliers or for customers.
- Processing customer order, refunds and returns.
- Referring complex cases to the Account Manager.
- Preparing quotes for customers and processing order requests.
- Ordering stock from suppliers and helping with forecasting needs for each account.
- The role on occasion may require warehouse work and assisting and helping to get urgent orders packed and despatched from the warehouse, with an amount of physical work required.
- Booking on shipments for international deliveries and creating commercial invoices.
- Must be a Team player and an ability to multi-task under pressure.
