**Job: Sales Administrator**

**Location: Slough**

**Salary: £25,000 - £28,000**

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator who will act as a single point of contact with the company business partners. You will assist with processing new business through a Point-Of-Sale System and provide day-to-day operational support. You will be happy to work Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.30 and 09.00 - 18.00 on a rotational basis.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Process proposals into a Point-Of-Sale online system including entering customer personal details and quote figures
- Monitoring system updates on the status of proposals & updating the customer portal system
- Work closely with departments to progress proposals successfully through a Point-Of-Sale online system and chasing any missing documents
- General administration
- Adhere to company regulations and requirements

**Key Skills**:

- Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- The ability to manage multiple work streams & prioritise accordingly
- Capable of working under pressure at times
