Customer Services Administrator

Berry Recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their well-established client based in South London, Bromley. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to customers from the initial pointof contact all the way through to the end and to provide excellent customer service in line with the companies standards. You will deal with a variety of calls, assessing and answering customer enquiries and responding to requests for information in a professionalmanner.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- To answer and manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries
- To liaise with Customers, Financial Advisers and third parties, to process instructions and enquiries.
- To work as a team to ensure that service standards are met
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service administration
- Previous experience in a financial background
- Previous call centre experience
Working days are Monday to Friday and every other Friday will be a non-working day. Hours of work will be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with a 45 minute lunch break.
