Customer Service Assistant

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Customer Service Assistant **to join their business based out of their **Toyota Bromley** Dealership.
As a **Customer Service** **Assistant,** you will take inbound as well as make outbound calls to book in customer's yearly **MOT** or **Service**, while on the phone you will also speak to them about other products that they might be interested in.
To be a **Customer Service Assistant**:
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Relevant experience in a sales environment preferred
- Have great planning and organisational skills
- Work efficiently under pressure ability to achieve and reach targets
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic
