**A successful estates company are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator. The role includes providing excellent customer service to both new and existing customers along with general administrative duties.**
- **Salary: £28,000 P/A**:

- **Full time office based**

**Responsibilities**
- Dealing with all incoming calls and investigating customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Updating the in-house systems regarding orders, queries and outcomes
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Building and maintaining rapport with a range of customers
- Providing excellent levels of customer service to a range of customers and clients

**Skills/Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency within Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment desirable
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
