Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking a **Customer Service Advisor** to join their client in Bromley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in Insurance, or for an ambitious college or university leaver with a keen interest in Insuranceto join the team.

**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor**:

- Negotiate terms on behalf of customers with underwriters
- Handle process and assist with commercial claims
- Work in accordance with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures, the Financial Services Act 2012 and FCA Regulations
- To be aware of and to follow at all times the firm’s policy on Treating Customers Fairly
- To be aware of and comply with the firm’s standards of ethical behaviour
- Adhering at all times to the Training and Competence procedures for the organisation
- To undertake all other duties reasonably required and directed

**Person Specification for theCustomer Service Advisor**:

- Minimum education A Level or above
- Rounded knowledge of, or interest in the insurance industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Responsible attitude to handling sensitive information
- Ability to present information in a professional manner to new and existing customers
