BMW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVISOR (PURCHASE ADVISOR).Stephen James BMW is looking for a BMW Customer Experience Advisor to join the BMW Sales Team. If you have a passion for the BMW Brand and want to create an outstanding customer experience, by helping customers find the best vehicle for their needs, then this is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with one of the worlds most admired brands in the automotive industry.YOUR ROLE.As a BMW Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be playing a primary role in helping them identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will be able to talk about everything BMW and demonstrate the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight. You will become an expert on every model in the range and will have the ability to keep learning about our products as they develop. Full product and systems training will be provided to enable you to carry your role with confidence and passion.The main duties of the role include:Proactively welcome customers, identify their needs and offer insightful advice and friendly, vehicle presentations.Ensure you deliver the best customer experience.Provide the correct specifications for vehicles and be on hand to answer any questions.Have sound knowledge of our product range including new technologiesCreate and coordinate customer appointments, proactively organising and making necessary arrangements for test drivesPrepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead ensuring the showroom is always presentable for customersYOUR PROFILE.We will provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm, passion for customer service and the BMW BrandUnderstand that a positive attitude gets great results, with both colleagues and customersNatural talent for connecting with people, excellent communication, and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customersExcellent administrative & organisational skills and enjoy problem solvingPrevious experience in a customer facing role, either in hospitality, retail, or sales, preferable advising on productsMust be tech savvy with intermediate IT and MS skillsMust be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 yearABOUT US.Stephen James Group is an established authorised BMW and MINI franchise, proud to be part of Hedin Mobility Group a larger private organisation leading in world-class automotive retail and aftermarket services.Our teams, whether in customer facing roles or our workshop, are amazing – we’re passionate about making Stephen James a simple, easy, and enjoyable place to do business, through a team of people that want to create a great experience for the customer.Ensuring that we are always recruiting, retaining, and promoting a diverse mix of colleagues who are representative of our local communities gives us a great opportunity to provide a relatable service from people who are experts in the automotive industry.SALARY AND HOURS.Basic Salary £27,000, OTE £35,000 per annum and a company car (subject to above restrictions)Woking hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week) and Sundays on a rota basis.BENEFITS.Stephen James values our employees and invests in personal development and training.
