Rowse Honey is a leading producer of high-quality honey products, committed to meeting the growing demands of our customers. Due to increased demand, we are expanding our operations and introducing an additional night shift at our Wallingford facility. We are currently recruiting for four Line Operatives to join our night shift team.

As a Line Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process, working efficiently to produce products in line with specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team, supporting the achievement of production goals and escalating any issues as necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Production Efficiency**: Work as part of a line team to deliver agreed output levels and quality standards, ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- ** Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to all line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety within the team. Report any defects or potential defects in equipment promptly.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records as required, documenting production activities and any deviations from standard procedures.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Highlight opportunities for process improvement and escalate any issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Work towards improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the team.

Shifts: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 10pm till 6am
