Administrator (Empty Property and Lettings) - Six

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Empty Property and Lettings team as an Administrator. This role is high paced and well suited to someone who can think on their feet and handle a changing workflow.
You will be responsible for processing tenancy paperwork and the effective management of the Empty Property inbox. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount to your success within the role.
You will also need to make sure all the new tenancy documentation is up to date and that our new tenants understand the process and timeline.
**Some things we need from you**:
Previous experience within social housing, lettings or voids management would be advantageous, however we will also consider anyone with administration experience from a similar background.
This role is high paced and therefore we are looking for someone with proven experience of maintaining high accuracy in fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
