Job Title: Lettings Negotiator/Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, answering questions and providing information about properties.
- Dealing with viewing enquiries
- Negotiate rental agreements with landlords and tenants, ensuring terms are fair and beneficial for all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lettings, including rental agreements, tenant information, and property details.
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation, ensuring all rental properties comply with legal requirements.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with marketing and advertising of properties for rent.
- Work closely with other team members, including property managers and maintenance staff, to ensure a seamless lettings process.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lettings or property management is preferred.
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also being a team player.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Understanding of lettings legislation and regulations.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
