Property Administrator

**Overview of Job Responsibilities**:
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Collaborating with the Head of Lettings to ensure compliance with current lettings legislation.
- Instructing safety certificates and conducting property inspections, inventories, and checkouts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and property files.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work orders.
- Support the lettings team in various administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for property.
- At least 1 year of experience in the property industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Working hours**
Monday-Friday 09.00am - 18.00pm
1 - 2 Saturdays a month 09.00am - 13.00pm
