**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director: The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategies that will help the organization achieve its goals.
- Ensure that the organization is meeting its goals and objectives: The Chief of Staff will be responsible for monitoring the organization's progress towards its goals and objectives and making recommendations for improvement.
- Own the operating plan and the measurement of progress against it - both operational capability builds and fiscal measures (sales pipeline & revenue)
- Alliance operations: The Chief of Staff will manage the operational set up, support each market alliance team to ensure effective ongoing information exchange with key alliance partners (including Oracle & Salesforce), and to ensure that we have appropriate access to the correct programmes and incentives. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating annual joint business plans, and supporting joint events as required.
- Coordinate our marketing plan and budget, including managing events, managing 3rd parties, working with our global marketing team to execute.
- Managing relationships: The Chief of Staff will manage relationship with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the Managing Director
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization: The Chief of Staff will assist the Managing Director in overseeing the work of their leadership and senior staff members and ensure that the organization is running smoothly.
- Develop, own processes, policies, and technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency: The Chief of Staff will work with leadership and other staff members to develop and implement policies and solutions including technology and tools that will help the organization operate more efficiently.
- Develop and oversee the central sales operation function ensuring adherence to sales principles and processes and collating global dashboard.
- Develop and oversee the central organization risk and quality function ensuring adherence to operational principles and processes and collating global dashboard of key performance indicators and metrics.
- Own interface with legal and commercial teams such as NDAs, legal contracts, partnership agreements.
- Ensure that organization reporting is consistent and timely: Collate weekly/monthly reports from leadership and stakeholders and prepare organizational dashboard.
- Represent the organization at external events: The Chief of Staff will represent the organization at external events and meetings as directed by the Managing Director.
