**Main Duties**:

- Managing incoming telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy, and directing calls as appropriate.
- Logging new jobs and updating internal planning software with engineer whereabouts
- Liaising with site based staff and contractors.
- Oversee the ordering of plant and materials as required utilising internal purchase ordering procedures
- Produce job packs for individual projects including RAMS.
- Employees time sheet collation and submission to the finance team.
- Assist in managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

In return we offer a starting salary between £20,930 - £25,500 per annum (dependent on experience) for a 35 hour working week, company pension, and holiday entitlements within a friendly team orientated environment.
