**Your new role**Responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintain employee database with accurate information, manage the recruitment process from job advert to organising and attending assessment centres to issuing offer letters and employment contracts, proper andadequate use of in house systems, monitor performance statistics and produce monthly and ad hoc reports, coordinate employee recognition and reward activities, keep up to date with e-filing, attend meetings and take minutes as required to support the teamand up skill own knowledge, work energetically and at pace to deliver our goals and targets, be obsessed about all things in HR and looking for new ideas to improve our services, be a great team player and do what it takes to keep the business moving forward,changing and amending employee contracts, being the first point of contact and welcoming all new starters.
**What you'll need to succeed**To succeed within this role, you will have strong Microsoft office skills including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) previous experience with HR systems, working within a fast-paced environment, must have strong administration experience or + 1 year HR Administrationexperience, have a strong passion for HR Administration and enjoy working as part of a team.
**What you'll get in return**In return you'll be offered a salary of £26,000 + discretionary bonus, 27 holidays plus bank holidays, excellent working hours 36 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 9-5:15pm Friday 9-5pm) also have flexi hours, Hybrid working 2/3 days in the office, excitingbenefits such as monthly well being allowance, opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days holidays, happy to sponsor for CIPD qualification, private healthcare plan, and a permanent contract.
