**The role**
As a User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers' needs, motivations, and pain points, both in the digital realm and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and testing to gather valuable insights. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for Human-centred design, considering diverse needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for differentiation.
- Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders, activating decision-making processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present research findings to diverse stakeholders.
