Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in delivering rich insight for our diverse range of high-profile clients, using human-centred design principles to shape incredible experiences.
  • Work directly with key clients, identifying their needs, conceiving approaches to answer research questions or solve design problems, executing that approach in a rigorous and professional way, and translating user needs into impactful designs and deliverables.
  • Balance client work, often as the lead consultant on projects, while fostering client relationships to uncover new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Mentor junior consultants on the team, and, depending on your experience, take on line management responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience of UX research in agency, consultancy or in-house teams.
  • An eye for good design and an understanding of why.
  • Solid consultancy skills that will provide our clients with clear deliverables and confidence in our work.
  • A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects effectively, working well with others in a team or individually.
  • Capability to bring UX professionals and clients together into effective multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and get the most out of individuals.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continued personal and professional development.
  • Ability and willingness to work from our office and travel to client offices as required.
