Senior UX Researcher

Our client, a leading company in the gaming sector, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their close-knit team of designers. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving user-centered design and enhancing user experience within the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement UX research processes and testing
  • Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and gather insights to improve user experience
  • Create user personas based on in-depth research and data analysis
  • Work with the Design Manager to develop a standardized UX research framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
  • Define and track key UX metrics to ensure data-driven decisions
  • Maintain a UX research repository for easy reference and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UX research and testing
  • A deep understanding of user behavior and user-centered design
  • Experience with research tools and basic Figma skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UX industry trends
  • Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry (desirable)
