We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team at User Vision.
This exciting research-focused role, reporting into our Director of Consulting, is focused on leading teams in delivering rich insight for our clients and using it to shape incredible experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client projects, often as the lead researcher, to deliver high-quality user research and insights
- Fostering client relationships to uncover new opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Mentoring junior researchers on the team, and, depending on your experience, taking on line management responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Researcher who can bring a deep understanding of user behavior and needs to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting
- Strong consultancy skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable insights to clients
- A proven ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects effectively, working well with others in a team or individually
- Capability to bring UX professionals and clients together into effective multi-disciplinary teams
- A commitment to continued personal and professional development
- Ability and willingness to work from our Edinburgh office (hybrid) and travel to client offices around the world as required
