Based in Weybridge, working for a financial company we are looking for someone to join a busy team with a common goal of providing a professional, seamless, service to their clients.
**£20-25k PA

**What will I be doing?**:

- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
- Answering phone calls and rerouting to the appropriate office, as necessary
- Booking meetings with clients on behalf of Adviser
- Responsible for the provision of catering facilities in the office
- Handling petty cash payments
- Co-ordinate key inventory for the office
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations work in a compliant manner

Skills required:
GCSE/A Level or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of office administration or equivalent
**COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE -**
Ability to work in a team/team player
- Strong personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively delegate as appropriate
- Ability to interact and influence effectively through a variety of communications methods
