Administrator

Our client is looking for a motivated, hardworking and proactive person to join their team within their gallery.

An enthusiastic person who is highly organised, adaptable, and willing to learn would suit this role best.

Duties will include:

- processing payments, refunds, purchase orders and updating all customer details on Microsoft NAV software
- creating and updating all online content on Shopify retail platform
- constantly updating customer details using Microsoft Excel software
- assisting both the sales and dispatch teams in executing all incoming delivery requests in a timely and orderly fashion
- creating commercial invoices for all international dispatches

Full training will be provided.

Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm (working 5 days)
