Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial services industry and contribute to the success of our organisation.

**Duties**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to document customer interactions and update customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
