Due to continued growth, our Crewe-based client is looking to expand their team with 4 new Customer Service Advisors. There are more expansion plans on the horizon, meaning development opportunities galore for you

You'd be joining a team of 14 who are all incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Salary: £25,000 + 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at time and a half + bonuses = £27,350 OTE.
Hours: A set shift either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm (paid at time and a half).
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/2 days WFH (once training is complete)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

Dealing with enquiries, queries, and complaints via inbound calls and emails.
Providing customers with updates on their repairs and claims.
Ensuring customers records are consistently maintained on the inhouse system.
Offering advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
Escalating issues to senior team members where necessary.

Experience and Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor position:

Previous phone-based customer service experience.
The ability to handle complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
