**Customer Service Agent**
Are you looking for a customer service role in a rapidly growing global company? Then this is the perfect role for you
This role is based in Crewe working in the track operations, specialising in fleet mobility and insurance.

**Hours and salary**
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Crewe

**Salary**: £22,290
Temporary contact (2 months)

**Your new role**
Your new role as a customer service advisor will include:

- Handle direct customer queries via ticketing
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers
- Ensure products are delivered to the end customer with agreed service labels
- Maintain accuracy of tracking and risk management data is at user expectations
- Reviewing device performance, completing over the air fixes, and arranging service calls where appropriate
- Ensuring log files are up to date and relevant analysis is completed to escalate any potential concerns to management
- Ensuring any issues and concerns are raised to team management when spotted to allow the business to escalate where appropriate and inform stakeholders

**To Succeed in the role**
The perfect customer service advisor for this role must have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to interpret and analyse statistical information and trends, with an eye for detail and accuracy (desired)
- Previous experience within a customer service role (desired)
