Are you passionate about customer service excellence with experience of working in retail, hospitality, leisure or a call centre setting?

Our contact centre in Leeds is at the heart of our business - it’s where we connect directly with our customers via phone or webchat and we’re looking for customer service advisors to join our digital customer service team.

As well as helping our customers be better with credit, you will show them the benefits of digital servicing.

You will have the opportunity to spend up to 50% of your time working remotely, with the remaining time spent in an award-winning contact centre in Morley which has been thoughtfully designed with collaborative working spaces, free on-site parking, showerfacilities and changing rooms, and places to relax with pool tables and table football.

New members that join the team can expect full training from day one and a fantastic development programme, as well as a basic salary of up to £22,000, annual bonus and a competitive benefits package
