Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain volunteers
- Coordinate volunteer activities and assignments
- Provide leadership and supervision to volunteer staff
- Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs and opportunities
- Plan and execute fundraising events to support volunteer programs
- Educate volunteers on the organization's mission, values, and goals
- Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer programs and engage with volunteers
- Oversee administrative tasks related to volunteer management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., public health, nonprofit management)
- Proven experience in managing volunteers or similar roles
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
- Experience in fundraising and event planning is preferred
- Proficiency in social media management platforms
- Strong administrative and project management skills
