The Trading promotions Administration Assistants are an integral part of the organisation, playing a key role to deliver core business goals and add value by supporting all departments to hit commercial targets.

Our client is looking for a strong**Administrator** to join their expanding and friendly team.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Coordinate wholesale cash and carry promotions
- Work closely with trading promotion and revenue management to achieve promotions sales and margin targets
- Provide monthly promotion overviews
- Conduct and provide monthly price comparisons to ensure a competitive edge in the market
- Maintain competitors' intel library on weekly basis
- Liaise with key departments, Supply Chain, Trading, Marketing, Accounts and Depots to ensure full adherence to the process and key deadlines
- Compile weekly promotion overview on Excel
- Design and create weekly point of sale (POS) on photoshop and PowerPoint
- Timely POS comms to depots
- Provide administrative support to ensure monthly promotions on track
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

- Time management and working at a fast pace to tight deadlines
- An understanding of budget management and reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of our business objectives and vision
- Creative thinker who brings fresh new ideas to life
- Ability to work alone and as part of a highly supportive team
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced)
