Financial Administrator

Aston Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to support the school's finance functions. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the School Business Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial records. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective financial and administrative support to the school.
Key responsibilities include:
- To assist the School Business Manager in preparing and submitting statutory accounts within agreed deadlines
- To process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner, including liaison with internal and external suppliers
- To maintain accurate financial records, ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts are processed on the day they are received
The successful candidate will have good experience of using financial management systems and providing accurate accounts in an education setting. An estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
